Asma is Mum and matron to us all will look after you throughout your stay at our clean and comfortable guesthouse which is just 10mins from the airport. Just off of Al Khoud high street you are in the thick of the local community with plenty of lively coffee bars and restaurants to enjoy good food for less than 3 OR or a short drive into the City centre.

With capacity for 35 people it is likely you will meet other adventure guests at the guesthouse, using it as a base before they go out climbing or trekking etc.

The dive centre is max 20min drive depending on traffic

For smaller groups (8 or less) and those that want to dive in the Muscat area and/or the Daymaniyat Islands a second more central guesthouse is available. 

No refund for bad weather on packages, a deposit 20% is required to confirm booking all money is to be paid prior to your arrival.
